Maryland Chamber of Commerce -- Award For Support of Business Community. Senator DeGrange received this award at the Business Policy Conference in Cambridge, Maryland in October, 2005..

The Maryland Retailers Association has named Senator DeGrange as the "2005 Legislator of the Year". Speaking for the MRA Board of Directors, President Tom Saquella said Senator DeGrange was chosen to receive the award in "recogniition of his outstanding public leadership" in supporting Maryland's business community. The award will be given to Senator DeGrange at the MRA's Annual Leadership Conference in September, 2005.
