Ed DeGrange serves in many leadership positions. While he had the opportunity to serve on the Finance Committee for three years during his first term, he started out and has served his second, third and now his fourth term as a member of the Budget and Taxation Committee. He is the chair of the Capital Budget and Public Safety, Transportation and the Environment Subcommittees, as well as the Joint Committee on Spending Affordability. He is also the Vice-Chairman of Executive Nominations. In addition, he serves on the Joint Committees on Protocol and Base Realignement and Closure as well as the Legislative Policy, Capital Debt Affordability, State Center Executive and Statewide Interoperability Executive Committees. Lastly, he is a member of the The Council of State Governments Transportation Task Force, Veterans Caucus and Legislative Sportsmen Caucus.
