A lifelong resident of Anne Arundel County and graduate of Glen Burnie High School, Ed DeGrange was elected to represent District 2 on the County Council in 1994 and to represent District 32 in the State Senate in 1998 and 2002.

Ed and his wife Nora have been married for 38 years and live in Glen Burnie. They have three children and six grandchildren.
